The Challenge
A global technology enterprise with 120,000 employees needed to modernize and automate IT operations across the entire organization simultaneously — including help desk support, software licensing management, HR onboarding, business application monitoring, and revenue prediction. The scale, complexity, and integration requirements of the initiative demanded a partner with both deep AI engineering capability and the program management discipline to deliver at enterprise grade without disruption.
The Solution
in-school architected and delivered an enterprise-wide AIOps platform integrated directly into the organization's existing Slack environment — meeting employees where they already worked. The platform was powered by Amazon Lex for conversational AI and Amazon SageMaker for machine learning, with real-time data ingestion from Salesforce, NetSuite, iProcurement, and a custom-built AWS analytics stack incorporating S3, ElasticSearch, and API Gateway. Each automation domain — IT operations, HR onboarding, software licensing, and revenue prediction — was designed as an independently operable module within the unified platform architecture, allowing phased rollout while maintaining full integration across workflows.

Full enterprise-wide deployment serving 120,000 users. Zero critical incidents at launch. Complete operational automation across all target workflow domains, with the platform running in continuous production from day one of go-live.
